What MedBridge is

MedBridge Dental is a coordination and concierge service. We help you compare verified dental clinics in Vietnam, obtain written quotes, and organise the practical side of treatment travel.

What MedBridge is not

We are not a dental practice and we are not your treating provider. We do not diagnose, plan treatment, or give clinical advice.

All clinical decisions are made by the registered clinicians at the treating clinic, following their own examination. Nothing on this site is clinical advice, and indicative prices are not a quote.

Clinical responsibility

Responsibility for your treatment and its outcome sits with the treating clinic — this is true of any coordinator, anywhere in the world. Warranties on implants and restorations are given by the clinic that performs the work, on the terms that clinic sets out in writing.

What we commit to is coordination: we remain your point of contact, we raise and escalate your case with the clinic if something goes wrong, and we help arrange a return visit where the clinic's warranty provides for one.

Information on this site

Prices shown are indicative ranges for general guidance and will vary with your case, the clinic and the materials used. Your actual price comes from the itemised written quote issued for your case. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current at all times.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your dental and medical history
• Tell us about medical conditions or medications that could affect treatment
• Hold valid travel documents and any required visa
• Arrange your own travel insurance — check whether it covers planned treatment abroad, as many policies do not
• Make your own decision about treatment, having asked whatever questions you need answered first

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by agreement.
